We want you to love every SerumSilk purchase. If you’re unsatisfied, here’s how we make it right.

1. Returns Eligibility

✅ Accepted Within 14 Days of delivery for unopened/unused products in original packaging.
❌ Non-Returnable Items: Opened skincare/haircare (for hygiene reasons), discounted/final sale items.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email returns@serumsilk.com with:
    • Order number
    • Product name + reason for return
    • Photos if damaged/defective
  2. We’ll email a prepaid return label (if applicable) or instructions.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved Returns: Refund issued within 5 business days after we receive your package.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds go back to your card/PayPal (processing times vary by bank).
  • Store Credit Option: Prefer an exchange? Request credit for future orders!

4. Damaged/Defective Products

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund immediately—no return needed.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Free Returns: We cover costs if the item is faulty or wrong shipment.
  • Customer-Paid Returns: For change-of-mind returns (unless stated otherwise in promotions).

6. Exchanges

Need a different product? Return the original item first, then place a new order.

7. International Returns

  • Refunds exclude original shipping/customs fees.
  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties.
