We want you to love every SerumSilk purchase. If you’re unsatisfied, here’s how we make it right.
1. Returns Eligibility
✅ Accepted Within 14 Days of delivery for unopened/unused products in original packaging.
❌ Non-Returnable Items: Opened skincare/haircare (for hygiene reasons), discounted/final sale items.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email returns@serumsilk.com with:
- Order number
- Product name + reason for return
- Photos if damaged/defective
- We’ll email a prepaid return label (if applicable) or instructions.
3. Refund Process
- Approved Returns: Refund issued within 5 business days after we receive your package.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds go back to your card/PayPal (processing times vary by bank).
- Store Credit Option: Prefer an exchange? Request credit for future orders!
4. Damaged/Defective Products
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund immediately—no return needed.
5. Shipping Costs
- Free Returns: We cover costs if the item is faulty or wrong shipment.
- Customer-Paid Returns: For change-of-mind returns (unless stated otherwise in promotions).
6. Exchanges
Need a different product? Return the original item first, then place a new order.
7. International Returns
- Refunds exclude original shipping/customs fees.
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties.
